FuelTs Fuel Polishing 2 Step Process works as follows:
Step 1:  Using a high speed pump to mix the fuel content within the tank, removing accumulated sludge clinging to a tank side walls.  While circulating, carefully bleed in the precise quantity of biocide sufficient to eradicate the microbes.
Step 2:  Pump the fuel with the dispersed sludge through several low micron polishing filters, returning the sediment free fuel back to the tank.

FuelTs recommends periodic testing of fuels for microbes.  FuelTs will provide on-site operator training or can routinely visit the tankage to perform the testing with our own trained technicians.  In general, FuelTs recommends for fueling systems without big inventory turnover biociding twice a year with corresponding fuel polishing. 

The FuelTs fuel cleaning process is quick, efficient, and normally does not require the fueling facility be closed during the proprietary fuel and tank cleaning process.  The tank cleaning unit is self contained, requiring no power or other utilities from the host facility.  It is compact and mobile, reaching tanks in isolated parts of a facility.  Cleaning with biocide treatment cost far less then disposing of all the fuel in a tank and replacing it with fresh fuel.
